2. Services Provided

The Platform provides tools for event discovery, seat booking, venue management, and social event hosting. FewSeatsLeft acts as an intermediary between venues/hosts and attendees and is not responsible for the actual conduct of the events.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Bookings and Payments

• Payments: All payments are processed through Stripe or designated venue payment methods.
• Currency: Prices are displayed in the venue's local currency.
• Cancellations: Cancellation and refund policies are determined by the specific venue and event host. Please check individual event details before booking.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, to transmit malicious software, or to interfere with the operation of the services. Scalping or unauthorized resale of tickets is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

FEWSEATSLEFT.COM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT SHALL FEWSEATSLEFT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR ATTENDANCE AT ANY EVENT.
